Since it is an undeveloped area not only from the education point of view but from the economic prosperity angle also. Almost every year, this area has been badly affected by floods consequently a great loss in the form of crop hazards, death of animals and human beings on a large scale. A couple of years back, there was no any English Medium school affiliated to C.B.S.E. right from Dhampur to Afzalgarh. Dhampur which entertains better educational facilities, is 18 Km far from here on the national high way No. 74 i.e. Panipat to Khatima.
